Warning - Potential Bogus App

This app is useless on my iMac OS 10.8.5, it will not open or reveal windmill.dat attachments in email. Gives an error that says it can’t work with that type of file.
I’m also very doubt why this developer’s apps have so many 5 stars, and I’m very disappointed.
